Main Dish
This was my very first time making lasagna. I kind of looked at a bunch of different recipes and added my own stuff to it. My husband says it's the perfect amount of "sauciness".
Side Dish
This one is my mama's recipe. It's REALLY yummy you should really try it! It's super fast and easy to make. If you want to make it look prettier, you can add some cilantro leaves at the very end once the eggies are cooked!
When I was younger, I would often visit my home country, Taiwan. I remember this breakfast place beside my house that my mom would often bring my sister and I to. I REALLY missed their egg pancake. So after a lot of trial and error, I came up with the closest thing that would satisfy my cravings!
Hong Kong style swirl egg beef is the best! You can also substitute wit shrimp or pork and use the same methods. Except you'd have to cook the pork a bit longer of course! But the sauce is nice with any protein of your choice.
Soup
Broccoli and Mushroom. What a great combination. This soup is really good with garlic bread :D
Although it's easier (and probably cheaper) to get it at a restaurant, cooking it at home means you can add as much or less of an ingredient as you want! This soup definitely takes some patience to make :')
Dessert
I haven't learned how to make tart or pie shells yet, but this pumpkin filling is pretty good. My nephews loved it!
